When preparing the visit to the Republic of Tatarstan, please, note the following:
- Republic of Tatarstan lies within Moscow time zone (Greenwich time plus 3 hours).
- If you are planning to use credit cards in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is advisable to previously look through the list of credit cards acceptable at the exchange counters of the Republic's banks (see Section "The list of commercial banks in the Republic of Tatarstan holding the foreign exchange license").
